1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hpjoy," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the hpjoy platform, a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming service provider.
• "Platform" means the hpjoy website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated services accessible via hpjoy.net.
• "Player," "you," "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the hpjoy Platform.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the hpjoy Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their hpjoy Account using approved Philippine payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to an Account subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any sports event, casino game, bingo round, or slot game offered through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that oversees all licensed gambling activities in the Philippines.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Access to real-money gaming services on hpjoy is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the Player's use of the Platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or place any real-money wager on hpjoy. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to all licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines. hpjoy reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the Player is found to be, or suspected of being, underage. Any winnings or balances accumulated on an underage account will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restriction

hpjoy services are made available exclusively to individuals physically located within the Philippines and who are permitted to use online gaming platforms under applicable Philippine law. Players accessing hpjoy from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal, restricted, or requires a separate local licence do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. hpjoy bears no liability for any consequences arising from such access.

2.3 Registration Accuracy

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active Account on hpjoy. Multiple accounts registered under the same name, identity document, device, payment method, or IP address are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, hpjoy reserves the right to close all associated accounts without prior notice and withhold any pending balances pending investigation.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party, allow any other person to use your Account, or access another player's Account without their authorisation. hpjoy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access

If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify hpjoy immediately via the live chat support function or by contacting the customer support team. You acknowledge that hpjoy is not responsible for any activity on your Account prior to receiving such notification.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

hpjoy is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide any documentation requested by hpjoy as part of the KYC process, including a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a passport, SSS ID, driver's licence, UMID, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership where applicable. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hpjoy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). hpjoy does not accept payments in foreign currencies and does not offer currency conversion services.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. hpjoy reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to Players. Deposits made via approved payment methods are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes, subject to the processing times of the respective payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. All withdrawals require a fully completed KYC verification before processing. hpjoy aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of requests being processed at the time.

4.4 Withdrawal to Same Method

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, hpjoy applies a same-source withdrawal policy where practicable. This means that withdrawals will be directed to the same GCash wallet, PayMaya account, or bank account from which the original deposit was made. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis following satisfactory completion of additional verification.

4.5 Inactive Account Fees

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as inactive. hpjoy reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive Accounts. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any inactivity fees are applied. You may reactivate your Account at any time by logging in and contacting customer support.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Terms

All bets placed on hpjoy are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game type selected. By placing a bet, you accept the displayed odds at the time the bet is confirmed and acknowledged by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed by the system, except in circumstances where hpjoy determines at its sole discretion that a manifest error has occurred.

5.2 Odds and Errors

hpjoy strives to ensure that all published odds are accurate and reflective of current market conditions. However, in the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error — hpjoy reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. hpjoy's determination of a manifest error is final and binding.

5.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is subject to additional rules specific to each sport and event. hpjoy reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time during a live event. Bets accepted before market suspension will stand unless voided on other grounds. Delays in data feeds during live events may occasionally affect the availability and accuracy of in-play odds.

5.4 Maximum Payout Limits

Payout limits apply to all bet types and are subject to change. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting section of the Platform. hpjoy reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any market at its discretion, including for individual Players who are identified as exhibiting unusual betting patterns.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers made available by hpjoy are subject to individual terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available to verified Philippine players aged 21 or above who hold a single active Account in good standing. hpjoy reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Real Money Balance is used for wagering before Bonus Balance unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

hpjoy employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing bets with no genuine gaming intent, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a bonus withdrawal, and exploiting promotional errors. Where bonus abuse is identified, hpjoy reserves the right to void bonus balances, withhold associated winnings, and close the Account involved.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hpjoy Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or insider-information betting.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward hpjoy staff or other players.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar technologies.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by hpjoy

hpjoy reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that: a breach of these Terms has occurred; the Account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; the Account is under investigation by hpjoy's security or compliance team; or PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority has directed hpjoy to do so.

8.2 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting hpjoy customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, hpjoy will process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests. Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should request self-exclusion specifically, as the terms and conditions of self-exclusion differ from standard account closure. Please refer to Section 9 (Responsible Gaming) for further details.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of outstanding Bonus Balances and any applicable fees) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus Balances are non-withdrawable upon Account closure unless they have already satisfied applicable wagering requirements.

9. Responsible Gaming

hpjoy is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players through the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all hpjoy gaming services. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your net win/loss position during active gaming sessions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hpjoy's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hpjoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether hpjoy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hpjoy does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hpjoy makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the hpjoy Platform — including but not limited to software, code, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of hpjoy or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of hpjoy.

12. Privacy

hpjoy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any right of hpjoy to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

hpjoy operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law, the applicable regulation or law shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

14. Amendments to These Terms

hpjoy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hpjoy will provide reasonable notice to Players via the email address registered to their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 8.2.
